This window allows you to create a temporary physician in the system. This popup can be instantiated from either the Manual Data Entry/Revise Origin screen or the main CORE Audit Demographic Information and Controls section.

Enter the name of the physician here.

Save

Click this button to save the temp physician.

Quit

3. Quit
Click the 'x' to close the popup without adding a physician.
