The account status index page lists all account status types that are available in the system and allows the administrator to edit existing statuses.
Account statuses are used to display overarching categories for code changes during an audit. An account status is valid for either DRG (inpatient), OPS (outpatient), or HCC audits.
At this time creation of new account statuses must be done by Streamline Health.
