This page allows the manager to oversee temp staff in the workpool.

Pressing this brings up a dialog where the display name and external id fields can be changed. External Ids are used to match coders and physicians with existing staff during an encounter import.
Clicking this merges all of the records from the selected record into another user selected from a dropdown. The merged away user is then marked as inactive in the system.
